Since the setteling of Newfoundland there have been

times that for various reasons Newfies have had to pack-up

and leave home to go look for work. In early history one of

the more popular places to seek work was the United States.

Many a Newfoundlander has worked in Boston, New York,

and other various towns. Now there are many people trying to

find that elusive ancestor, the one that went to the US to work,

or trying to trace their Newfoundland roots. I hope this site will
